How do I renew my policy?

Renewing your policy is simple, please email
info@cityinsurance.co.uk. In order to process your request we require your quoting your
full name, postcode, reg number (if appropriate) and client number.
We aim to respond to you in 24 (working) hours.
Alternatively if you wish to discuss your renewal, please contact

client number, and one of our friendly advisors will be happy to assist you.
Make a request by email. This may be requesting duplicate documents, requesting cancellation, making a complaint, or other reasons – Get in touch!

Can I protect my excess?

Yes, we offer excess protection from
just £26.95. You will then not be left out of pocket if you need to make a claim.

Can I still be use my insurance to drive in other EU member states post Brexit?

Your insurance will continue as normal. Further to a green card, additional cover is not required to drive in EU member states using your vehicle.
